How do I set up my profile?
Click your profile photo in the top right, then select Profile Info to fill out your name, bio, and services. You can also upload a profile picture and cover image in Profile Settings.
What information is required in my profile?
We ask for your Full Name, About Me, Free Services You Offer, and Paid Services You Offer. This helps others understand how you contribute as an Advocate.
How do I upload a profile photo and cover image?
Go to Profile Settings, then click the avatar or cover icons to upload your images. Make sure to click Save Changes when done.
How do I block or report another member?
Visit their profile, click the three-dot menu, and select Block.
What are badges and how do I earn them?
Badges are earned by participating in the community — such as completing training, joining groups, or contributing to forums. They’re displayed on your profile.
Can I offer services through my profile?
Yes! Use the profile fields for Free and Paid Services to list what you offer. Others can message you directly to collaborate or learn more.
How do I send a private message to someone?
Visit their profile and click the Message button under their name. Messages are private and visible only to you and the recipient.
