Applying the Legal Principle

  • Any parent should be free to educate their children in whatever way they deem best with the resources available to them.
  • All victimless crime laws relating to education should be abolished, including any laws that mandate a child must attend a government-run school or follow a government-designed curriculum.
  • Educating one’s children to prepare them for adulthood in at least a minimal way is part of the fiduciary responsibility inherent in parenthood.
